Description

Whether you are going through Yellowstone Park, have been through Yellowstone Park, or just love Yellowstone Park you will appreciate the décor of this sweet 780 square foot cottage with vaulted ceilings. Equipped with a full kitchen, which includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. Relax and watch a movie in front of a 55″ smart TV and gas fireplace. Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, tv, sound machine and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. This is the perfect get-a-way for two.

Rock Creek Cottages consist of five individual cottages that share a common courtyard and gazebo area. The gazebo area has a gas firepit with Bluetooth speakers available for your enjoyment. There are picnic tables on the grounds if you desire to eat outdoors along with lawn games in the summertime.

We are on the south end of the main street through Red Lodge and within walking distance to all the local attractions and restaurants. Due to the fact that we are next to the main highway through town there will be some road noise, but our units are well insulated. We have sound machines in each bedroom with earplugs in the summer for those that are light sleepers.

Interaction

You will receive an email prior to your arrival that will give you information about checking in. Our smart lock allows for easy self check-in with a unique entry code which eliminates meeting someone upon check in. We have contact information in each cottage should you need to reach us in an emergency.

Access

You’ll enjoy exclusive comfort in your cottage, which is one of 5 units. All of our cottages can be accessed either off of South Broadway (main street) or in the alley off of 18th Street.

There is one dedicated garage for each cottage that is accessed in the alley. Once you provide an email for the app you will receive a link that serves as your garage door opener. It’s a compact space so if it is too small for your vehicle, please use street parking adjacent to the property. (Please DO NOT park in the lots nearby.)

Common Questions

All of our cottages offer the convenience of checking in directly at the property without any assistance. Check in begins at 4:00pm. One day prior to your arrival, you will receive an email from our reservations software with your specific arrival information. Bear in mind, during holidays and busy seasons the arrival time may be delayed due to the large workload, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Yes. We provide two towels and two washcloths per person that each respective house accommodates. The beds are made up with clean linens. If you need additional, there is a washer and dryer with detergent that you can use during your stay.

Our cottages are equipped with a basic set of cookware, sufficient plates & silverware for the occupancy of the home, and basic serving and baking dishes. Each cottages has a crock pot, French press and coffee maker.  If you’re planning a dish that requires an unusual item it is best to bring that from your home.

We provide a starter of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, bathroom toiletries, laundry detergent, and garbage bags that is enough for two nights. You may want to bring some necessary items from home or plan to buy some upon arrival. Cottages are stocked with cooking oils, a few spices, hairdryers, condiments, coffee, coffee filters, food storage items including plastic wrap and foil.

Please refrain from roasting marshmallows in our gas log firepit. Doing so would make a sticky mess for our housekeepers and would incur extra cleaning charges to you.

Charging electric vehicles is STRICTLY prohibited on site. This is for your safety and the safety of our properties. Violators will incur a $500 fine. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

There are two Tesla Destination Chargers and two Universal Clipper Creek Chargers that sit adjacent to the Public Restroom at 305 N Oakes Ave. All four are Level 2 stations. They are free and available to use 24/7, and there is a donation box attached in order to help pay for operations and maintenance of the stations. Yes, we have one crib and high chair available for use that is first come first served.  We need at least two days notice so that we can have it placed in your cottage for your arrival.  An additional $25 fee/night will be added.
